"With a single word I make the seas become dry and transform rivers into deserts, making die and rot all the fish." V2
Chapter 50 of Isaiah begins with God making tough questions to confront all human questioning His power in times of suffering. In these moments the man always tends to question and the main victim of their questions is, almost always, the Lord God.
1. The first confrontation that God does is ask then what is happening is because of His acts or the acts of man himself.
Of course this is a very difficult question to answer with sincerity, especially by the person who commits errors and desperately seeking another culprit for your situation. Man needs to understand that search for a culprit for a bad or adverse situation makes only increase the suffering. During bad situations all efforts should be concentrated on seeking help and solutions to the problem. Never concentrate their efforts in the search for the guilty, especially because you never seeks the culprit looking in the mirror.
2. God says in verse 4 which gave us the ability to understand things and events. Have you thought about this?
Agreeing with many other texts found in the Bible verse 4 tells us that God teaches us words of wisdom, so we can animate what is weak and tired. Do not be selfish! In the midst of your suffering God always gives you words of comfort so you can be comfort and relief tool for others.
3. With a single word I do ...
You may even have forgotten, but God six days created all things, except for the man, simply by the power of His word. But if God is able to create an entire universe by the word power, why you do not believe a single word with God can change your whole story? You are important to God and even if your suffering has been sent by him to punish him or educate you in something He will not allow this to continue beyond the time necessary for you to learn what is needed. When the appropriate time to release God will release a word, a single word, and your whole life will change radically.
I do not know if you can understand what I'm trying to tell you it may be that my words do not reach your heart as I would like, but God is much more powerful than you can imagine.
Jesus once said: "It's given me all power in heaven and on earth", but the vast majority of people can not understand the scope of this word. My brother, when Jesus said "all power" this means that he has "all power", nothing is out of reach of the power of Jesus' name and you can not allow adversity convince you otherwise.
God can change your story! And you can do this with a simple word. Believe!
See you!
